This afternoon at the Waterford Primary Schools Cross Country Meet in the
Clover Field Ferrybank our School Athletic
Team competed in
all races and won “Best Overall
Boys School.”

[Oct
23rd ‘07] In
Walsh Park today our U10 team defeated
Ballygunner 1-7 to 0-2 and were thus crowned Waterford Primary Schools U10 Gaelic Football Champions.

[Oct
25th ‘07] Today
we won our 5th consecutive U13
East Waterford Gaelic Football Title defeating our rivals St Stephen 2-9 to 1-6 in a very
close and tight game in Walsh
Park.

[Nov
2nd ‘07] Congratulations to Darragh
O Rourke and Tadgh Brennan who both came first in the Munster Finals of the Irish School Minor Swimming
Championships at the Gus
Healy Pool in Douglas Cork.

[Mar
12th ‘08] Tonight
our school quiz teams came 1st , 2nd
and 3rd in the Waterford Primary
Schools Sports Quiz. This
is a rare enough achievement and great praise must go to all the lads for
their interest in this event and to Mr Kirby for all his advance preparation.

13th ‘08] Today
our school rugby team won the Waterford Tag Rugby County
Blitz played at the Waterford City
Rugby Club in Kilbarry. We were undefeated
on the day. Well done lads.

17th ‘08] Congratulations
to our School Athletic
Team who tonight
won “Overall Best
Boys School” at the Waterford Primary Schools Track
Competition held at the RSC in freezing cold conditions.

[May
27th ‘08] Our U11 hurlers made history today as they won the Waterford Primary Schools U11 Hurling League for the first time ever beating St
Stephens 2-2 to 1-4 in a dramatic final in Walsh Park.
9.
[June
6th ‘08] In
Cork today our Tennis Team proved too strong for Cobh
and won the Munster Primary Schools
Tennis Cup.
