Are we “Fit for Fun?” – Feb 28th ‘06
Pictured below is Ray from the IRFU who visited our class today as
part of the IRFU/VHI “Fit for Fun” campaign. Ray gave an
informative yet very funny talk encouraging us all to eat more fruit and to
do more exercise. We were all given a fitness test which included a reach test
and a jump test. Then he gave out an exercise programme as homework! Ray
promises to be back in about 6 weeks to see how much we have all improved.
Parents beware of “Operation Fruitbowl”
