SPHE – Move 4 Health Day – Jan 25th ‘06
As part of the
National Move 4 Health Day the boys in 5th class were visited by a
number of chartered physiotherapists who were promoting better posture and
general back care.
Gemma is pictured below talking about
schoolbags and she also showed the boys how to do a number of exercises to
improve their standing and sitting postures.
