Spring has Sprung! – Feb 27th ‘09 Junior and Senior
Infants attending TEAL classes learned all about Spring. They enjoyed talking
about the signs of Spring—the longer, brighter days, the new born lambs
in the fields, the lovely spring flowers popping up and the work of the busy farmer as he
ploughs the fields and plants new crops and vegetables. They particularly liked the sight of the
wriggling tadpoles which will soon turn into frogs. The notice board in the
front hall proved a popular talking point on the way to classes and a big
thank you to Mr. Corbett and Mr. Fitzgerald whose classes provided the
wonderful Spring Acrostic poems. Samuel Omotoso composed his poem while at
EAL class and got a great round of applause from his classmates when he read
